Nearly a week after the release of NTR's "Vishwaroopam", there has been no re-release of the Hindi audio track. The soundtrack was made by A. R. Rahman and, with the use of distinctly Indian instruments, sounds wholly different from its Tamil original. Here are some tracks to help you cheer up on this gloomy day! Vishwaroopam is an upcoming Indian spy thriller film directed by Kamal Haasan, starring him in lead role alongside Amitabh Bachchan and Madhavan in important roles while Pooja Hegde plays a supporting role. The film is said to be a sequel of Haasan's directorial venture "Sr. Moratti" and "Vishwaroopam" also stars Ajith Kumar, Akhilendra Gopal, Rahul Bose and Paresh Rawal. The film revolves around a spy Bala (Amitabh Bachchan), who is betrayed by his superiors and sent into prison. Upon his release, he uncovers a secret that points to the country's intelligence agency being behind his incarceration. With the help of one of his jail mates Deepak (Ajay Devgn) he tries to uncover this conspiracy before it's too late. The soundtrack features 6 songs composed by A. R. Rahman that were taken from the Tamil version of the movie which was released earlier in January 2012. The songs were released on 30 December 2012 on a grand scale at YMCA Grounds, Alwarpet along with Kamal Haasan's "Vishwaroopam" Tamil songs.
